Doug has been dedicated to providing exceptional service to his clients since entering the financial services industry in 1981. After joining the insurance industry, Doug rapidly climbed the ladder to management positions. He received high company recognition for his achievements as a branch manager. Today, Doug is the president of his own agency, Integrity Insurance & Associates. Here he offers comprehensive financial planning for affluent individuals, successful professionals, business owners, and retirees.

A full time entrepreneur who is seldom ever truly separated from his work, Doug doesn't mind hard work and long hours. Nonetheless, he manages to find time to participate in Masonic Lodge, Boy Scouts of America, and regularly attend Bethany Christian Church in Anderson, Indiana. He and his wife, Leslie, parents of three, reside in Yorktown.

A resident of central and East Central Indiana for over 20 years, Mike joined the financial services industry in 2000 as a mortgage loan originator, obtained his insurance producer license in 2002, and graduated from Ball State University's Miller College of Business in 2004.  With his background in what he calls "customer happiness" Mike follows a Goldilocks approach to ensure that each client's insurance needs are properly met: not too little, not too much, but just the right amount. When he's not busy at work advocating for his clients, Mike enjoys cycling, singing (including in Handel's Messiah), instrumental performance, and spending as much time as possible with any of over 100 members of his large extended family.
